The JCM800 is a classic high-gain design that defined the rock and roll tones of the 1980s. The cold-clipper gain-staging design served as inspiration for the entire modern era of high-gain amplifiers, influencing models like the Soldano SLO and Mesa Dual Rectifier. This amp remains essentially stock, aside from changed filter caps an a missing rear grille. It does show signs of prolonged storage, but is still in good shape, with only a couple small blemishes in the tolex.
