This cabinet has great portability when compared with a 4x12 cabinet. You might say it covers the space between a 2x12 cabinet and a 4x12; or even like a 2x12 cabinet with better bass response. They had a short run of these in the mid 80's, with the early 70's style checkerboard grillcloth, along with Celestion G10L-35 speakers. The year was set at 1984, which is the date on the speakers, but it's possible this was built anytime between 1984-1986. The original speaker jack housing has been replaced with a flat black panel, but otherwise it's original.
